Fidget Bum Sleep Aid – review

I was kindly contacted by the lovely Rosie from Fidget Bum on Instagram and was asked if I’d like to try out a Fidget Bum with my little ones.

I looked into what the Fidget Bum actually was. It’s a sleep aid for children, I say children as a general term as it can be used for any age, toddler, preschoolers or older children.

The Fidget Bum is a piece of stretchy fabric which runs underneath the mattress and zips up over the duvet to keep your child nice and snug.

I decided to use it with Charlie, our 4 year old. His duvet and the cover were always separated during the night and some nights he’d end up inside the duvet or with it on the floor. Since using the Fidget Bum he’s stayed in his bed all night and I’ve had peace of mind that he is snuggled up and warm.

The Fidgetbum comes in two sizes; single and cot bed.During the day the Fidget bum can be hidden underneath the duvet so you can still see the design of the duvet cover.I prefer to leave it zipped up though because Charlie loves pulling his duvet off of the bed and playing with it so it keeps it tidier too! As you can see the Fidget Bum keeps Charlie safely in his bed. It has a lovely big chunky zip that his little hands can get hold of it he did want to unzip it to get in and out but the fabric is so stretchy he can move around and get in and out with ease.

Thank you to Fidget Bum for sending us this sleep aid to review! I think it’s a fabulous item on the market as their are many sleep aids available for babies but once they’re past 12-18months there’s nothing (that I know of) available.

If you would like to buy a Fidget Bum or learn more about the company please check out their website or find them on Instagram .

Thank you for reading,

Chloe x

These sound great – I’ll defo have to looking these. My four year old sleeps pretty soundly but the wriggles often leaves her covers on the floor!

I’ve never seen anything like these, I’m guessing it’s good to stop them falling out of bed as well as keeping the covers on

That’s a great idea, we had awful problems keeping children under bedding when they were small, it’s just the most ridiculous problem and it’s good to see an idea to solve it.

Such a clever idea! I’ll remember this for when I split my kids bunk beds up! Love that it stops them from flinging the covers off during the day too!

Charlie is the worst for playing with his cover in the day so I leave it zipped on haha xxx
